Located on Arsinois Street, just outside the historic walls of Heraklion, Arsinois Urban Residences introduces a contemporary housing model within the dense urban fabric of the city. The project transforms a narrow and elongated plot into a vertical residential structure, balancing privacy, functionality and a calm architectural identity.

The building is composed through clean volumes, recessed terraces and a restrained palette of grey, white and earthy tones. The façade is articulated through a rhythm of balconies, vertical openings and solid surfaces, creating depth and movement without disrupting the clarity of the overall form. Black metal railings, glass elements and warm-toned balcony volumes add contrast and detail, giving the building a subtle yet recognizable presence within its surroundings.

Inside, the apartments are designed as compact, fully equipped living spaces with a strong emphasis on comfort and spatial efficiency. Double-height interiors, mezzanine sleeping areas and large openings allow natural light to define the atmosphere of each unit. The material palette combines soft neutral surfaces, dark wood, concrete textures, black metal details and warm ceramic accents, creating interiors that feel contemporary, intimate and easy to inhabit.

The project’s hospitality character is expressed through a quiet, minimal language. Each apartment is conceived as a small pause from the intensity of the city, a place for short stays, everyday rituals and moments of rest. Furniture, lighting and custom details are carefully integrated to support both functionality and atmosphere, offering a living experience that is simple, precise and warm.

The result is an urban residential building that responds to the limitations of its site while enhancing the everyday quality of compact city living. Arsinois Urban Residences combines architectural clarity, efficient planning and a refined interior identity into a contemporary accommodation experience in Heraklion.
