Year: 2026
Location: Heraklion Industrial Area, Crete
Area: 3000 m²
Status: Under Construction
The new MINOS NIK building in the Heraklion Industrial Area is conceived as a contemporary industrial and administrative complex, where production efficiency meets a strong and recognizable corporate image.

The architectural composition is defined by horizontal lines, sharp material contrasts and a distinct façade language. Perforated metal panels become the main expressive element of the building envelope, providing rhythm, depth and shading, while directly referencing the technological and industrial character of the company.
The material palette is based on white, charcoal and black tones, interrupted by a bold yellow linear element that acts as a corporate marker. This horizontal detail unifies the façade and gives the building a strong visual identity without compromising its functional clarity.

Particular emphasis is placed on the building’s night-time presence. Integrated linear lighting highlights the perforated metal surfaces, strengthens the depth of the façade and transforms the building into an illuminated corporate landmark. The signage, entrance canopy and glazed ground-floor frontage further reinforce the public and representative character of the project.

The result is an industrial building that moves beyond pure utility. It operates as a spatial expression of the company itself: a place of production, administration and visibility, designed with precision, durability and a contemporary architectural identity.
