A complex of three identical residences in Koutouloufari, Heraklion, designed with a contemporary Mediterranean character, private outdoor areas, natural textures and a strong connection between interior living spaces, planting and water.

The project consists of three independent residences in Koutouloufari, Heraklion, with a total area of 330 sq.m. Each residence covers 110 sq.m. and is organized over two levels, with 55 sq.m. on the ground floor and 55 sq.m. on the upper floor.

The architectural composition is based on clean cubic volumes, soft earthy surfaces and carefully placed wooden elements. The restrained material palette creates a calm Mediterranean atmosphere, while dark metal frames and vertical wooden screens add depth, rhythm and contrast to the façades.

On the ground floor, the living spaces open directly towards the private outdoor area, the pool and the surrounding planting. Large glass openings strengthen the relationship between interior and exterior, allowing natural light to define the daily experience of the residence.

The upper floor is organized with greater privacy, while the wooden vertical elements act as both shading devices and architectural filters. Planting, courtyards and outdoor circulation routes form an integral part of the project, softening the built volumes and creating a more intimate residential environment.

The result is a compact residential complex that combines contemporary architectural clarity with a warm, natural and Mediterranean way of living.
